I had a legal suite built in my basement of a duplex home and it turned out amazing. These guys were so professional and attentive. It was hard to find an issue with what we originally agreed upon from the original contract, their attention to detail was spot on! With that said, the basement is finished and had no issues passing inspection for permits from the city, mainly because they know what they are doing and did not try to cut corners. Based on their professionalism, knowledge, attitude, work ethic and quality of work I honestly recommend this company if you need renovations. I didn’t ever feel “sketched out” or worried during the whole time working with them. Last of all, they truly price fair for the work.
