Mode Built’s Design Studio is our in-office selection space designed specifically for renovation clients. Instead of making your way across Edmonton to visit supplier after supplier, you come to us.
Here, you’ll work side by side with our in-house designer to explore and choose the finishes that will define your renovated space—flooring, tile, paint colours, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, baseboards, and more. Everything is organized so you can see how your selections work together in real time, giving you confidence in the direction of your renovation before the work ever begins.

It’s a small detail that means something. Kelsey guides every Mode Built client through the Design Studio process—and she’s very good at making it feel easy.
With a background in interior design, Kelsey brings both creative instinct and practical knowledge to every consultation. She helps clients bring their vision to life while making sure every selection—from flooring underfoot to the hardware on your cabinetry—works together as a cohesive whole.
Her goal is simple: make the process feel less like a task and more like something you’re genuinely looking forward to.
