We employed MODE to finish the basement in our 50-year-old home. We wanted a living space, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a storage room. All new plumbing and electrical were required as well as framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finishing.
MODE were busy, so it took two or three months for them to start our basement, but once they started, they moved quickly and it was finished on time.
The staff were polite; patient; friendly to us all, including our cats; careful not to dirty our carpet and floors; and so accommodating of changes to the plan. Everything was done well.
We love our new space!
We will certainly use MODE again.
